SpaceSkills (spaceskills.shop) is operated by an individual sole trader tax-resident in China. Contact: [email protected], read and answered personally.
The service
SpaceSkills provides an AI filmmaking knowledge base, a prompt library, and the Director Agent production-plan service. The knowledge base and prompt library are free. The Director Agent service is a one-time payment per plan, with the price shown on the service page and at checkout; no subscription, no automatic renewal. A production plan is an intangible digital product delivered as PDF and Markdown.
AI generation and human review
Production plans are generated by AI and reviewed by a person before delivery. Generation uses Qwen models provided by Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. A plan is creative advice; the final result depends on your execution, and we make no guarantee of commercial outcomes.
Payment and merchant of record
Payments are processed through Waffo Pancake. Waffo Pancake acts as the Merchant of Record, selling the service to you and handling payment collection, tax calculation and remittance, invoices and refund execution; the merchant name on your statement will be Waffo Pancake or its affiliate. Card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake under PCI-DSS.
Refund policy
Before production starts (before we contact you to collect material) you may request a full refund at any time. If material has been collected and production has started but nothing has been delivered, you may request a refund; we deduct the work already done and refund at least 50%. After delivery no refund is given, since the digital product has been delivered, but one revision round is included; if the delivered plan clearly does not match the service description, you may request a partial or full refund within 7 days and we handle it case by case. If we are unable to deliver for reasons on our side, you receive a full refund. Send refund requests to [email protected] with your order id; we reply within 7 business days and refunds are returned by Waffo Pancake to the original payment method.
Accounts
You must provide a working email address. Accounts are personal; keep your password safe. We may suspend or delete accounts involved in abuse such as bulk registration, harassment or attacks.
Material you submit
Ideas, scripts, images, character photos and music you submit for the Director Agent service remain the property of you or the original rights holder. You warrant that you have the right to submit them and that people shown in character photos have consented. We use them only to produce your plan and do not show them publicly; only with your explicit consent is the plan itself shown, in anonymised form, as a case study.
AI content rules
This site involves AI content generation. You may not use the service to generate, or ask us to generate: sexual or adult content; violent or gory content; hate speech or discriminatory content; any unsafe content involving minors; deepfakes, impersonation of real people, or use of a person's likeness without consent; content infringing copyright, trademark or other rights. Enforcement: we may refuse production, terminate the service without refund, and for serious cases ban the account and cooperate with authorities as required by law. Reporting: anyone may report violating content to [email protected]; we act within 3 business days. Review: every plan is reviewed by a person before delivery, and material and briefs are checked by a person at intake; requests that breach these rules are not accepted.
Content licence
Knowledge entries and prompts on this site may be indexed and quoted with attribution and a link back; wholesale copying and use for model training are not allowed. Reprinted content keeps its original attribution; rights holders may write in for removal.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance on this page and on the site, with the effective date and version shown at the top. Continued use means acceptance.
