photorealistic cinematic surreal-fantasy sequence.  BLUE HOUR, busy modern downtown avenue surrounded by tall glass-and-steel skyscrapers. Traffic and pedestrians move normally. City lights begin glowing.  ONE CONTINUOUS SHOT. NO CUTS.  CORE CONCEPT:  An impossible ocean exists extremely HIGH above the city. At first its water boundary is invisible, making marine animals appear to swim through the upper sky.  CRITICAL: The opening street-level scene is completely normal. ZERO fish, whales, sharks, rays, water effects or marine life near the man, pedestrians, street, or lower buildings. Marine life becomes visible ONLY after the camera follows the man's gaze high into the sky.  [00:00–00:03]  STREET LEVEL.  Camera smoothly tracks backward in front of a casually dressed young man walking along the sidewalk.  Everything looks ordinary and photorealistic. Traffic passes. Pedestrians walk normally.  NO MARINE LIFE IS VISIBLE.  A strange moving shadow and faint rippling light pass across the pavement and nearby buildings.  The man slows, confused.  He looks toward something FAR ABOVE him that remains OFFSCREEN.  Camera follows his gaze and begins tilting upward.  Quiet mysterious cinematic music begins.  [00:03–00:07]  WITHOUT CUTTING, camera cranes and tilts dramatically upward between the skyscrapers.  Only after the camera is aimed HIGH ABOVE the man do several realistic fish become visible far overhead.  As the camera continues upward, the scale increases dramatically.  Dozens of fish become hundreds.  Huge shimmering schools flow across the upper sky like underwater formations.  Sharks and manta rays glide naturally among them. Far above, several enormous whales swim peacefully.  All marine life remains HIGH ABOVE THE CITY.  The viewer realizes the upper sky contains an enormous suspended ocean, but its water boundary is still INVISIBLE.  NO aquarium glass. NO visible container. NO rectangular water ceiling.  Marine animals move naturally as though underwater, never flying like birds.  Subtle underwater caustic light ripples across the skyscrapers.  Music builds.  [00:07–00:10]  Camera reaches an almost straight-up view.  A MASSIVE BLUE WHALE glides overhead, dwarfing the surrounding skyscrapers.  After a brief peaceful moment, the whale angles its head DOWN and dives toward the city.  It reaches a previously invisible point—  THE WHALE BREAKS THROUGH THE HIDDEN UNDERSIDE OF THE SUSPENDED OCEAN.  For the FIRST TIME the water boundary becomes visible.  Water violently erupts around the whale as it breaches downward. The enormous ocean surface ripples outward high above the city while water cascades around the descending whale.  The orchestral music hits a huge crescendo.  [00:10–00:13]  Still ONE CONTINUOUS SHOT.  Camera rapidly whip-tilts downward and retreats.  The gigantic whale DIVES BETWEEN THE SKYSCRAPERS DIRECTLY TOWARD CAMERA.  Water streams from its body and thousands of droplets glitter against the city lights.  The whale grows enormous in frame—  closer—  closer—  until its head nearly FILLS THE FRAME.  At the final moment it BANKS UPWARD and SWEEPS JUST ABOVE CAMERA.  Camera passes beneath its gigantic belly.  The whale NEVER hits buildings, vehicles, pedestrians, or the street.  Its passage creates a thunderous rush of air and cascading water, shaking trees, signs, clothing and loose papers.  [00:13–00:15]  Camera whips around and follows from behind.  The whale curves gracefully UPWARD between the skyscrapers and accelerates back toward the suspended ocean.  Water trails from its body like glittering rain.  High overhead, schools of fish, sharks, rays and distant whales continue swimming naturally.  The ocean boundary becomes nearly invisible again except for enormous fading ripples from the breach.  The whale climbs toward the impossible ocean as the skyscrapers frame the scene.  END.  VISUAL / SCALE RULES:  Photorealistic live-action. Epic cinematic scale.
